Policy personal data
1. General Provisions
This policy establishes the rules for the activities of Metacommerce Limited Liability Company (121087, Russia, Moscow, Beregovoy proezd, building 5A, block 7, unit 177) (hereinafter referred to as the Company) in the field of processing personal data by the Company.
This policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of sub. 2 p. 1 art. 18.1 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and approved by the authorized body of the Company.
2. Purposes and rules for the processing of personal data
The Company processes personal data in strict accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including, where necessary, obtaining the consent of the subject of personal data.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Company for the purpose of concluding and executing contracts to which the Company and personal data subjects are parties, as well as for the Company to make managerial, commercial, and marketing decisions based on the processing of personal data.
The Company processes personal data of the following categories of subjects: employees, job seekers, contractors under contracts concluded by the Company and business partners, employees and representatives of organizations – contractors and business partners.
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to full name, phone number, address, other contact details, passport details, birthday, other personal data necessary to achieve the purposes of personal data processing.
For our mobile application Metacommerce.Prices we process: access to the camera, access to the phone file storage. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

The processing by the Company of personal data includes the possible performance of all actions (operations) specified in paragraph 3 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. Automated and/or non-automated processing of personal data is allowed.
Due to the technical features of the internal information systems of the Company, personal data may be copied and subsequently used by the Company by accessing copies of personal data on servers located outside the Russian Federation. In accordance with the current legislation, the Company stores and updates the originals of personal data databases on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the employees of the Company in accordance with official duties and labor function, as well as orders of the immediate supervisor.
3. Respect for the rights of personal data subjects
When processing personal data, the Company strictly observes the rights of personal data subjects to access personal data provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as other rights of personal data subjects.
For any appeals regarding the observance of the rights of personal data subjects, the contact details of the Company indicated on the official website of the Company (www.metacommerce.io, www.metacommerce.ru) are used.
4. Scope of this policy
This policy comes into effect on November 15, 2022. The Company has the right to change or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice to the subjects of personal data.
